Set within the stunning surroundings of the Priory Church, this special fundraising event brings together a series of esteemed speakers examining: The saints of medieval Cornwall The evolving architecture of St Germans through the centuries The many lives and memories of the Priory Connections to the Celtic Revival of the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries The day also includes guided tours of the Priory Church, described by the Cornwall Historic Churches Trust as: “One of the finest, oldest and most historic parish churches in Cornwall.” 🕰️ Programme 10.30am Doors open 11.00am Professor Nicholas Orme The Saints of Cornwall 12.00pm John Allan The architecture of St Germans church before 1350 🍴 Lunch: 1.00pm – 2.15pm Bring your own lunch or visit one of the nearby cafés and eateries.
